Give each member of your squad access to the online calendar and personal squad homepage. Members receive invitation emails and register on EMS Planner to create their own username and password.
The benefits are a personalized experience on behalf of the user and more control by the administrator. You can restrict which positions each member can sign up for to avoid unnecessary work on part of the scheduling director.
